Annatar, I will personally speak with Dr Kev about this, but just for him and you to notice:
Scout was sent by one person and war fleet - by another.
The scout was sent BEFORE we knew that our members has free war fleets available. So after the scout was sent, Dessa sent his war fleet to help.

Where is cheating in here?

P.S. Besides, remove coords SMF...
