Running With Scissors
Recruiting for next round

RWS was created on june 6th 2003 - and was a direct reaction to Reservoir Dogs death 5th june 2003. Dogs spread in different ways , and some 60% or so joined RWS. At the time we thought of it as a one round only thing.
But as the round went on we found we were doing okay . We climbed from #22 to #10 (temporarily at #12 now) and we picked up some new players who didnt have the RD background.
We have been having a fun round and its decided that RWS will go on.

In order to continue to do well we need to do some additional recruiting. A few players will be leaving us after this round and they need to be replaced. we also need some "new blood" in general

At this point we are looking for

* 5-7 experienced players
Players that know the game - have a good score - and are experienced.

* 4-5 New players - No experience!
The important thing here is the "right " attitude and to be willing to learn. Theese new players will be given a mentor each who will teach and train them. So previous experience in DG is NOT important. Being active and willing to learn aswell as having a "good" personality and character is what matters here

If u wanna know what its like to be/play in RWS ask anyone with ops in #scissors

Its good if u are premium members - as we will probably be playing on all servers. Not neccessary though.
We will start the new game on 3rd august. And we will play full force.

No Splatter -- we focus on all servers

Or rather - our main work will be on the server where all the bigger alliances go .. no matter what server that will be .. not all clear yet..
