we could amek areal contest also with thsoe located in 13 and 14 but u must admit that would be much harder to achieve.

This one seems also very good:

round 1:

biggy will beat dekadence

gollum will beat kage musha

greuceanu will beat GA(this will be the most equlibrated battle )

shockwaver will beat goshi(in my opinion the fleet of goshi is the weakest and the fleet of shockwaver is the strongest)

my opinion about the best 100040000 is:
31 battle+1 cruiser + 1 destroyer+249 fregates+1 bomber+9 fighters


even the fleet of Greuceanu is very balanced.....there are also a few more things who can influence the result....

for example if a fleet composed by battleships must take 500 damage...no ships will be lost.so will remain with the same score after battle.
another fleet with the same score composed by big ships and small ones who must take the same 500 damage will lose some bombers.
